HELP & FQA
AFTER PURCHASING THE PRESETS
Thank you so much for your purchase! Please know that I work a full time job and cannot be at the computer 24/7 to answer emails. I will always get back to you but please be understanding and patience. I am also not a large company with help, please try and be understanding & read the FAQ below before you contact me, It is generally faster this way.
Please know these are only for the free Lightroom mobile app. You can find it in the app store here.
I PURCHASED MY PRESETS AN HOUR AGO AND STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN THEM.
Once you've order the presets, you will receive 2 emails. One will be your order confirmation and the other email(from wetransfer), the presets in a zipped file as well as a PDF guide.
-
If you have received the confirmation email, but not the email with the presets on, please be patient. I am not in the same time zone as everyone. I email the orders out during the day. If you do not get it in 24hrs, please contact me at beckypresets@gmail.com. If you still haven’t received the confirmation email, it means that the store can’t process your payment right now (some banks block certain internet purchases). Please contact your bank & email me.
-
If you have not received the confirmation email, it means you probably misspelled your email address. Please email me at beckypresets@gmail.com with your full name & email address you want to use & I will get you all set!(Again please be patient)
I CANNOT OPEN THE ATTACHMENT. THE FILES LOOKS STRANGE.
The presets files are massive and therefore they come as a zipped file. You'll need to unzip the file first (You usually just need to double click on the file to unzip it.)
THE MOBILE PRESETS WON'T OPEN ON MY PHONE.
This is because you've tried to open them on your phone first. You need to download the files on your computer first, this is because most phone don’t unzip files well. Once you've download the attachment)zipped files), unzip the file then airdrop/ bluetooth or email it to your phone.
Adjusting skin tone
HOW DO I ADJUST MY SKIN TONE? IT'S STRANGE LOOKING
Skin tones (the orange tones) are the number one adjustment you will be making by yourself. We all have a slightly different shade of skin color. Your own skin tone changes depending on how tanned you are and also whether you are standing in a shadow or full sunlight. You simply need to go into the color option (see below) , select mix, select the orange dot and then adjust the saturation and luminance. Slide the luminance one to the left too look more tanned and the saturation one to the left to look less orange.
