This website is owned and operated by Rebecca Iverson. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use the website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors Presets. By accessing or using beckypresets.stampr.io, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. You are also agreeing to not hold Rebecca Iverson responsible for anything that happens to you or your instagram account. We cannot guarantee that the presets will work on every image. We do not guarantee that they will even work on your images and/or show the promised results.

In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website, if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

Key commercial Terms offered to customers

When buying presets, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

The prices we charge for using our services are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for the presets displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page.

The fee for the presets and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service/puchase, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged as a once off fee.

Return and refund policy

Please note that NONE of the presets are eligible for a refund. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Retention of right to change offering

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

Ownership of intellectual property, copyrights and logos

The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Becky Prestes. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rebecca Iverson assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service/website/presets; and (iii) any unauthorised access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

I (Rebecca Iverson) reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these page periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Where we process data, we do this for as long as you are an active user of our sites and for a period of time after this. We process your data until you ask us to stop and for a short period after this (to allow us time to implement your request).

Instagram Account 

Rebecca Iverson is not liable for anything that happens to your Instagram account as a result of using Becky Presets and/or it's methods. Rebecca Iverson is not responsible or liable for the banning, suspension or termination of your instagram account.

Applicable law and applicable court

The use of this Website is governed by USA law (with the exclusion of conflict of law rules) and shall be interpreted accordingly. By using this Website you expressly agree that any dispute regarding the validity, the interpretation or the implementation of this Disclaimer shall be definitively decided by the competent court of Brussels. (We reserve the right to change this at any time in accordance to the country we are operating out of).

Updated information 

The world is an ever-changing place, which means that content can become outdated rather fast. While we hope to avoid having outdated information on the site, we can’t guarantee that everything is up-to-the-minute, therefore don’t rely on the timeliness or accuracy of the information on the site. While we don’t want to have outdated information, we don’t want to have to update the website every night either.

Please be advised these presets are based on my own images. I cannot guarantee that they will all work for you and on your pictures. Thus I, Rebecca Iverson, take no responsibility and am not liable for ensuring these work on your images.
